Hayley graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in 2019. Prior to this, Hayley gained a Sport and Exercise Science Degree from The University of Birmingham which gave her a deep understanding of human physiology and biomechanics.

After qualifying she relocated to New Zealand to work for two years in a busy and diverse Osteopathic clinic. Returning to the UK she built Honest Living Osteopathy where she works in Reigate, Handcross and East Grinstead.

Hayley’s understanding of the body started young whilst playing a wide range of sports. She was on the England pathway for netball and represented her University. She also competed in cycling, swimming, running, football and volleyball. Hayley has experience of working with babies (cranial techniques), expectant mothers, postnatal women and the over 70s.

She takes an holistic approach using a broad range of hands-on osteopathic treatments (cranial, joint articulation, soft tissue, joint manipulation, lymphatic drainage) to assist the patient through the body’s adaptive and healing processes. Pre/rehabilitation exercises are incorporated to allow the patient to maintain the benefits of treatment and provide prevention.
