Chris Newton is a Sports Massage Therapist, Exercise and Health Coach that specialises in long term pain, sports injuries and improving overall wellbeing. With over 15 years of clinical experience and 12 years as senior tutor for a leading London sports massage school, Chris has developed a unique style of helping people.

Chris is passionate about empowering people to improve their physical health and reduce pain that may be limiting their life. He does this through “hands on” treatment, pain education and lifestyle & exercise guidance. His work is all about helping you build resilience and confidence in your body again so that you can get back to the activities you’ve always loved.
