Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your appointment another patient may be prevented from accessing treatment. Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given you will be unable to cancel online and you may be liable for the full cost of your appointment.
Cancellation for student clinic appointments
In order to qualify at the end of the third year, our students must have completed 400+ hours of clinical experience. It is therefore important to attend your appointment in the student clinic. We ask that if you are unable to attend, you give us as much notice as possible so that we can find another patient for the student and they will not fall behind in their required hours.
